"We loved our stay! It was very comfortable for 10 people. The view is magnificent as is the sounds of the ocean. The housekeeper and her husband assisted us in getting groceries and beer; she tidied our rooms every day. They were always helpful. We especially enjoyed the bar, grill, outdoor space and swimming pool. We hiked 2 minutes to a beach (during low tide). We felt safe while on property. "The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."
