"Fantastic place. My only regret is not having more time to spend here. Short walk to the botanical gardens (down the block). One block further are plenty of dining options. The breakfast is solid."

The adjacent street is easy to hear if you don't choose the back side. The pool was just okay only. Price-performance ratio is good and I would be happy to come back."
