"The hotel is certainly a jewel in the town. Luxury and comfort interiors. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Love the rooftop sky bar. Staffs were well trained, helpful, friendly and nice. Hotel is close walking distance to night markets and short grab ride to old town. Certainly, I will go back again."

Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. "great location, comfortable, clean room. I would give them a 10, the only thing is that there is no sound proofing whatsoever, so whatever happens on the corridors or at the pool (I was at the pool side) you will hear clear and loud. "

"This property is located nearby several important touristic sites within walking distance. It is on a very quiet street. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool at the end of a long day. We were served a wonderful comprehensive breakfast everyday and the front desk was so kind to provide us to go breakfast on our departure day at 4 am in the morning. "

"Beautiful room. Welcome basket had enough food for a week!! Very quiet. Only complaint is that the bed was hard/firm. Seemed like the mattress was intended to be used with a box spring, but the frame was just a platform."

"The property was in a good location. Walkable to the main streets and but away from the noisey areas. Overall the property was well maintained and staff was friendly, however the only flaw was the the property condition was a little rundown. There was some stains on furniture and crack near the bathroom sink."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, in a great location. Walk to everything and beds were an Absolutely dream. Highly recommend this hotel, and the pool and happy hour were great as well. They also left me a piece of cake in the refrigerator for my birthday, so sweet🥰❤️"

"This place was gorgeous and clean, with very friendly staff. They do laundry at 100 baht/kilo, which was nice for our mid-trip need. The breakfast was free and SO yummy with tons of hot and cold options(salad bar, fruit, etc.), coffee machine for cappuccinos and lattes, and bottled water provided. Quick 15 min taxi to the airport and 10 minute to the Night Bazaars in chiang mai! Definitely taxi at night as it is a quiet, dark area after hours. We were sad to leave!"
