Donna, the manager while we were there was so friendly and flexible with our request for a later checkout time. She greeted us with warmth and a desire to make sure we were happy. She was more like a bed and breakfast host than a hotel manager. Tina, the kitchen manager, was so friendly and helpful, even taking me to the commissary to check the ingredients for food allergies.
