"Gaia is across the river from Porto; a short ride to downtown but away from the throngs of tourists. The beach and beach restaurants are a five minute walk from the house. Joaquim was a wonderful host and the accommodations felt like a five star hotel. we would definitely stay here again."

"What a wonderful stay we had! We had a most amazing week in this newly built house, where all our stresses melted away. The house is as described, comfortable furniture (the double bed was so comfortable, we slept very well!) and we had everything we needed. The outside area was fabulous: the pool, the gardens, the views were wonderful. Natividade and her husband were great hosts, very amenable and kind. "This is a lovely rustic property with a beautiful outdoor area including plenty of seating areas and an adequate sized pool. A car is needed. The owners were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to meet us late at night as our flight was delayed. We really appreciated the cake and port - thank you!"
