The staff at Sirayane Hotel went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their attentiveness and friendly nature made us feel truly valued as guests. There was a mix-up regarding the payment for the spa, but Aimed resolved the issue swiftly and with great professionalism. We also experienced a wait for our meal one evening, for which I have offered feedback. These were small moments in an otherwise excellent stay, and we left with nothing but fond memories. "This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!"

"The gardens and the whole grounds were beautiful and filled with hidden surprises with rooms tucked away in all number of nooks and crannies amongst groves of scented bushes,roses,palms, herbs and cactuses etc etc. some areas were tired and definitely in need of repair but this did not destract from the charm and character of this wonderful retreat."
