"Nice pool area. The waiters are nice. The management is terrible. Gym is small / outdated. Treadmill doesn’t start at times and is narrow. Tennis court is good but the ball was old and only one. Bath / toilet facilities don’t function properly. Be careful when you book, so you don’t get asked for more money upon check out. Breakfast is good but basic. Tajines are great including couscous. "Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10"
