"If I could give the family alone 5 stars, I would. They invited us to join them for dinner each night (for 150k each) and it was a very nice experience! They also helped to arrange a trek through the area and a car back to Sapa town when it was time for us to leave. But anyone who is planning to visit in the winter should be warned that it is very cold and the home does not have heat which made it rather uncomfortable. Luckily, the days were sunny which helped but the nights were very cold....

"Don't let late night arrival at the bottom of a steep dark hill put you off. What a lovely place. The owners are nice and the family meal in the evenings is fantastic - one of my favourite dinners on our 4weeks in Vietnam! Very much recommend!"

"Lovely homestay, conveniently located few minutes away from the village, with amazing views. The family dinner home cooked every night is delicious. Only downside: people were FREEZING and the owners didn't have more blankets. When the entire hostel is super cold, maybe it's a sign to buy more blankets and leave some of them in common areas 😁"

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. "Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!! You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion. I could not recommend this place more!!!!"
