"Great house and an ideal location just a few steps walk over the lawn and down to the beach. The house is really nice with good equipment and utensils in the kitchen, good beds and bedding, towels and so on.Couple of surf boards and 4 boogie boards in the garden shed along with buckets and spades.Outside shower and toilet. Garden table downstairs. Outside table and chairs on the upstairs verandah.Nothing modern by any means but with kids we found it relaxing and just a perfect family holiday house. "

"Wonderful little property in Waihi Beach, amazing facilities for kids. Pool is great and a balmy 28 degrees, spa 39 degrees (very popular and always crowded!). Was great to have a woodfired pizza oven though we didn't know it was only on Wednesdays and Saturdays (disappointing but we will know for next time!). We were in an ensuite studio which was small but enough space for 2 adults 2 kids who didn't want to camp. Brilliant location, close to the beach and a great takeaway shop (excellent fish and chips) and a great coffee spot too. Would stay again- highly recommend!"
