"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "The staff was super friendly. However, at checkout we were charged for breakfast 3 times, despite having free breakfast. My husband questioned it and the girl told him she was removing one after he explained I was sick 2 mornings and didn’t come down for breakfast However, it was not removed. My reservation stated free breakfast so we shouldn’t have been charged anything other than city tax. I will dispute these charges if they don’t refund. This is no way to do business. I would not recommend....
