We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit on the 6th floor. Some of the pictures make it look like you will stay in a townhouse on the ground floor but that's not the case. The unit was clean, modern and comfortable and very sound proof. We only heard neighbours when they were in the hallway. The building is very close to the otrain station which will be great when it opens but also means you hear the train bell every 10 minutes through the window from early morning to late at night (train testing was underway when we stayed).

A new development area so expect maybe some construction in the area, however my stay was a nice apartment feel, updated amenities, balcony and overall perfect for extended days as there’s a full kitchen felt like a place I would live. Found only issue very tight and limited underground parking, and wish in that area to make your way to lobby/room—it would be nice if the building would have automatic door openers. As think would make the place more accessible

We liked the location and quietness in the building. It was also great having a washer and dryer in the suite. The parking lot was filthy! The furniture was worn out! The deadbolt on the door would not work. We were there for five nights. We were given two bath towels and one bath mat. I had to wash them daily.

This will be my 3rd time booking at this SoHo location! The first two time everything was 5/5 however this time around not sure due to the rate being lower this time around the unit offered this time had couple mishap. The rail of the door of the room to the bathroom was lifted, no cooking knifes were available, bathroom sink handle was not the best which effected the plumbing water adjustment, wifi connection disconnected and one of the remotes weren’t working and the back door of the ground balcony was not locking the best. Overall 3.5/5
