Located on a quiet street, a 5 minute walk from the beach, this beautiful one bedroom, one bath basement apartment combines all the comforts of modern city living with the beauty of natural surroundings.

Located beside the Ottawa River and Capital Pathway (one of the largest in North America), the apartment gives ready access to walking, cycling and cross country skiing paths all year round.

The apartment is also a ten minute walk to the trendy restaurants and shops of Westboro.

Our house is located just steps away from the beach and in the heart of trendy Westboro. Westboro is a bustling and vibrant neighbourhood with restaurants, shopping, and many activities.

Westboro is centrally located and close to other popular Ottawa neighbourhoods and tourist attractions including Parliament Hill and Gatineau Park. Most of these areas are 15 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by public transit.

On the beautiful Ottawa river, in winter you find groomed ski trails and a perfect toboggan hill, and in summer a sandy beach with a cute little outdoor restaurant with live music some evenings.

The apartment is a five minute walk from major transit way and two bus stations: Westboro and Dominion. Hwy 417 is a quick 5 minute drive away.

The guidebook with wifi code and other details will be available for you in the kitchen.Free street parking is available on either side of the street day and night.

The entrance to the basement apartment is located on the left side of the house.

One Queen bed with fresh and clean sheets and covers located in the bedroom, available for 2 guests.

Extra sheets may be provided so that a third guest can sleep on the large couch.

The living room includes a large sofa and a smart TV and PS4 for you to watch your favourite shows and play.

Full bathroom, clean towels and sheets are provided.

Street parking is available at all time on either side of the street. Kindly do not park in the driveway.

Please note there is no access to the backyard and outdoor furniture.
