I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The place was very nice, with clean and tidy rooms that made my stay comfortable. The amenities were great, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool, which added to the relaxation of my trip. The complementary breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. However, I did encounter an issue with the staff. They weren't very welcoming and failed to explain the hotel policy and charges clearly. This was a bit disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Rating: ★★★★☆

Part of the Hampton-Inn chain but different management without providing the cuatom hot chocolate cookies served at guest arrival. Room smaller that usual but clean and modern fixturesnin barhroom.unlike other outdated locations. They chaeged me for water said was not complimentary, looked like a rip off.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the interactions with check-in/out and the front desk staff/management was not great. Beware their ‘Pet Friendly’ policy. On the booking site - after a lot of searching - it shows that they charge $50 CAD per pet. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk told me it would be $75 per pet. When I questioned it, he treated me like I was being a nuisance and said it’s always been that way - even though the site says $50. I was told to talk to the manager….who of course was never available. Upon check-out, when I asked about it again, I got the same spiel and they just charged my card the $75 anyway. When I returned home, I called and emailed the manager and they just don’t respond. Terrible customer service. Shame on them for raising the prices once you’re there with your pet and stuck without other options. I enjoyed the hotel but the way they handled the situation has left me not wanting to go back.

For a hotel in a residential neighborhood, this is pretty good. It’s not five stars but certainly gets the job done well. Room is very clean and everything is in working order. They also have all the toiletries that one needs (and more if you let them know).

Good location just off highway & adjacent to Costco gas station. We have stayed numerous times here as close to relatives. Room had a slight “doggy smell” & given the number of dogs we saw, this needs to be addressed. We found the quality of breakfast products this time to be poor to just okay.

I didn’t like that the room was not ready when I arrive at the hotel even though I arrive one hour fifteen minutes after the check-in time. No other guests who arrived at the same time as me had to wait. I waited 10 minutes before the front desk called me to finalize my check in. When I approached the counter the front desk personnel told me that as a way to apologize they are upgrading my room, but when I walked into the room it was the same type of room that I had booked. I don’t know if the upgrade he was referring to was instead of putting me on a lower floor they will put me on the fourth floor. Not sure I will try Hampton again because of that.
