"Excellent hotel. Staff were so helpful with helping us get around Venice. The bathroom is a bit small and could be an issue if you are a large person. The shower is a fold up door and very small. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic with great restaurants everywhere & close to supermarket. Will definitely be back. "

"We'd booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived with our children we were told there was a problem with the bathroom and so we couldn't have the rooms.
