"Lovely small resort, fantastic staff and an excellent location. But we didn’t get the classification of rooms we booked and were downgraded on arrival. This seemed to be a problem for a lot of guests, so I think there was a systemic booking problem over the winter/spring period while the resort is closed. In fairness they did manage to give us adjacent rooms after the first night, initially we were spread across two blocks hundreds of meters apart. "

"Really nice apartments and brilliant pool. Not much going on in the evenings or around the venue itself. A shuttle is provided at selected times however! Taxis are easy enough to get to and from hotel as the walk is just over 30 minutes to Sidari beach. Cost around €8 for taxi. Food was the same for all three meals but nice enough! "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Christakis. Close enough to main strip and canal d'amour, but not right in the center so nice and quiet. Lovely pool, always plenty of spare sunbeds. We had rooms overlooking the pool, but the ones behind facing the hills looked really great too. Will definitely be back! Thankyou to Christakis for making our holiday so wonderful!"

"We only stayed at this hotel because Expedia knowingly booked us into a nearby hotel which was overbooked and after a nearly 2hour search for a suitable alternative Corfu Andromeda was offered to us. That said this hotel is excellent in terms of facilities, staff, and cleanliness. the free wifi, air con. and safe in the room were unexpected bonuses. Vasilli, the owner, was friendly and helpful and this was echoed by the staff. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. Our only criticism...

"On the evening we arrived there was no running water in the hotel. Next morning when switched on we found that the toilet was leaking. Which we reported, the shower head was lime scaled so water didn't run properly, door lock broke on the second day. Which they replaced but toilet was still leaking. Door handle broke on third day and toilet was still leaking. Needless to say we were not happy! They moved us to a new room for our remaining stay. "Cheap and comfortable. First the negatives - room wasnt pool view as booked, wifi hardly worked, not a 24 reception, middle of nowhere, mosquitos. Now the positives - big aprtmnt, nice swimming pools, breakfast. Overall good hotel for the price."
