The gorgeous bush lined road in, the beautiful little lane where the site is located, lined with classic baches, the lakeside location, the little street which is like a community space where people stop and chat, the bushclad hill dropping into the water, Hongi's track walking trail I was very lucky to find somewhere so serene and special.
