"Convenient location near the stations and restaurants/shops. The reason I chose this hotel was due to it having private onsens available. As someone with tattoos, I appreciated being able to partake! We tried two of the three private options and they were both fantastic. So relaxing after lots of walking and traveling. The hotel was nice, staff was very helpful and kind. I would stay here again!"

"A beautiful hotel! We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in the middle of the historic area of Takayama. It’s walking distance to everything you’d like to see. The hotel is clean, staff were super kind. They have free drinks each evening in the lounge and offer both western or Japanese breakfast for a fee. The hotel isn’t the most sound proof however it’s a quiet area where shops and restaurants close at a reasonable time so we had no trouble sleeping. Our room was very spacious and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station. "

"If you see this review. Just book it if is within your budget. They take care of everything once you stepped into Gero station. Jus hopped into any Taxi waiting at the station and your retreat begins. We stepped into the inn and didnt think of going any where until our check out time. "

"Loved this hotel! Room was bigger than expected (Deluxe Hollywood Room) and was very clean. Check-in/out was easy with friendly and professional staff available to assist. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Main attractions were within walking distance (10-20 mins walk). Public transportation nearby (10 mins walk). Wish we stayed longer than one night for greater use of the facilities. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The two Onsens especially the outdoors one was lovely as were the treats supplied for guests to sample. Free Shuttle bus to the station also a highlight Souvenir shop reasonably priced and staff most attentive"
