"I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud.
