"The hotel is in the centre of the city, walking distance to Rynek. I really liked the rustic style of the hotel, yet all renovated, with modern bathroom. "Brand new hotel in walking distance of old city. Well furnished, clean no complain there. Unfortunately no lift and we had to drag the heavy luggages to the 2nd floor and no reception before 9 so its was impossible for us to check out and leave the parking before 9 so were waiting close to 1 hour for the lady to arrive. Immediate change on this matter is needed. 9 o clock is unacceptable. "
