"The room is clean and presentable, but had several small easily fixed flaws. The door had a bit of paint that looked like blood on it. The bathroom had one mirror light out, and the thermostat in the room seemed to have a dying battery. Everything else about the experience was pretty good."

"Excellent property! I loved the vibe and the theme of the hotel. It reminded me of being at coffee shop in San Francisco. We were greeted by Anthony at the front desk & all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the "bunker" room with a nice view on the 7th floor, overlooking the COSI museum. "It was good for us to stay here for our conference at the Hyatt. Beds were comfortable. Tv and WiFi were good. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, walkable although we took an uber to the Hyatt in the rain. Staff was very helpful. Request room cleaning if you stay for several days. "
