"Very good location and cute place. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this is it. There aren't a lot of frills but we weren't looking for that. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. When I reached out about check/out (what to do with trash, linens, etc) I mentioned I didn't receive them or wifi info and was told it was all in the booklet. We searched high/low for a booklet and couldn't find one. The owner responded fairly quickly...

"I was in town for a wedding. This place was clean, close to the venue, and Kelsey was quick to respond to any inquiries. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the Short North area as it’s close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Be aware that if you have a bigger vehicle, you will not be able to fit in the parking spot provided in the back. It’s not a big deal as there is paid street parking. "

"Had a great time! Huge house and kitchen had everything you could ever need. Some maintenance issues but didn’t affect our stay (screws coming out of upstairs bedroom door, ceiling lights over pool turned off and wouldn’t turn back on). Pool was so nice for our grandkids! "
