"Great location, clean rooms/bathroom and really fantastic breakfast. Only drawback is that this is right next to the nightlife area and, whilst the street itself is quiet, people use the street to get home. This means it can be quite loud late at night as people make their way home. Advise you ask for a room away from the street-side."

"Brilliant place to stay post ironman clean and spacious. Host allowed me to park car and leave it until later afternoon. More of struggle with bigger car. Generous check out time of 11am (not quite 11.30 as advertised but no big deal). "

"I enjoyed my freedom there. The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying the place. "

"Beautiful room in a beautiful old building in the south of the centre of the town. Quite a walk from the station but covered mostly by porticos. Lots of facilities, although when we arrived in torrential rain, there were no drying out options, the radiator didn't work and so we had to use damp towels both days we stayed. "Property was conveniently 6km outside of Bologna with gate for security. We had a rental car so that was reassuring. This B&B is located on a busy road so traffic is loud very early in the morning. "This propert is a flat or apartment located on the seventh floor. My room was on the corner of this large apt. My room has sliding door windows and balconies. I must mention that the furniture was very basic. Chairss must be handle with care. The room has a refrigerator, wine cooler and bottle opener, but no glasses or basic utensils. Traffic noise at night is minimal. "
