"I made the booking under my name and was later joined by a friend. At checkout, I was harassed, made to feel like a criminal, and made to pay extra because I did not inform them in the middle of the night that I had a guest in my room. I’m not a child, and they are not my parents, and I’m entitled to my privacy. Also, videos and photos of the beautiful surroundings were interrupted early in the morning by construction on-site."

Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line.
