Summary:
In beautiful green surroundings in the council of Hulst, the new Resort Knuitershoek is located in Ossenisse. The first homes will go into rental from November 1, 2023. There will be work in the coming period, but this place is already a wonderful environment to celebrate vacations. The park is located on the seawall which borders the Westerschelde. Ossenisse is surrounded by small villages where there is a lot to discover!

The Space:
- This house is fully equipped. The spacious bedrooms offer a nice place for everyone.
- There is a lovely sitting room where you can watch TV via streaming services. At the large dining table everyone can sit down to play a game or work.
- There is a bathroom, toilet and bedroom on the ground floor. The second bathroom is on the the second floor as well as the other two bedrooms.
- Perfect for families and small groups of friends.
- The beautiful corner house overlooks the polder. With the lovely canopy, you can enjoy the unique view from outside.
- Pets are not allowed.

Resort Knuitershoek is close to Perkpolder beach. It is incredibly nice to have a drink at Bar Goed.

Other Things to Note:
Resort Knuitershoek is still under development. Work is happening on the site and the gardens will also be landscaped in the coming period. You may be inconvenienced by this. Therefore, the property is offered at a discount. It is a lovely place to stay. The houses are fully equipped. The entire Ossenisse area offers many opportunities to explore!

Review for the Accommodation in Ossenisse by Hello Zeeland
Our stay in Ossenisse was mostly enjoyable. Communication with the service team via WhatsApp was smooth and friendly. The house is new and modern, with a lovely veranda offering beautiful views of the fields. The open-plan kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to use. The location is also convenient, with an Aldi just 15 minutes away and a small, child-friendly beach along the canal only 5 minutes away. Inside, the house was mostly clean, though some corners were dusty, and a few dead insects were found on the floor. A positive aspect was the service: they kindly sent a forgotten water bottle back to us in Germany. However, there are some areas for improvement. The lack of a freezer was disappointing, especially on hot days. The windows were quite dirty, and there were many spiders and cobwebs outside. Insect screens would be helpful, given the house's proximity to a pond. The lawn was not well-maintained, with weeds and nettles making it unsuitable for children to play barefoot. The front door had issues, only locking properly with the key. Lastly, the bathrooms lacked hooks for towels. Despite these points, we had a pleasant stay overall.
