"I really liked the bedrooms and the size of the property for 9 of us was perfect... The location and driveway were so convenient, litterally across the road from all the amenities. The property isn't perfect.... The bathroom and downstairs showeroom are very poorly finished and as a consequence have exposed wall, sub flooring and chipboard. There is also a substantial problem with mold in the showroom as there is no extractor (though weirdly a hole has been cut in the tiles to accommodate...

"Lovely clean property in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything we needed.Spacious living space - we were in the area to spend Christmas with family but were able to easily host them on one evening.Good sized garden, fully enclosed so safe for the dog.Would definitely like to stay again - think it would be great in the summer."

It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. "The Hotel was in a great location, with free parking. Short walk to Westgate area in Canterbury with great restaurants. Great base to see all of Kent. We spent three nights and the staff were amazing, helpful & friendly. The room was very clean and we had a good night sleep every time. The bathroom was in great condition. We even had a bath as it was so cosy. The best thing about this hotel it comes with an amazing steakhouse / carvery. We even decided to eat there every night for dinner as the food was so good and reasonably priced. The Breakfast was very good and they do perfect poached eggs. They catered and took care in allergens and recommend it for anyone who need to eat gluten free. I highly recommend this hotel. "

Superb little room

"Can’t fault our stay. Warm welcome at check in, very quick and easy to find our accommodation. Suite was bright, thoughtfully decorated and very very clean. All the information we needed about the hotel and services was either communicated directly or left in the room for us to read. Complimentary hot drinks, warm room and comfortable bed. Nicely equipped bathroom and a hairdryer which was really appreciated. Breakfast was really good and so quick. Never received a full English breakfast as quickly as that. Waiting staff were lovely. Easy and friendly check out. We won’t hesitate to return "

Impressive view

"We have stayed at Seven a few times. It is close to the City Centre but in a quiet area. The Car park is handy. We had booked an accessible room but the bed, although a double looked tiny so asked if there was a room with a bigger bed. The very nice man on Reception upgraded us to a King with Estuary view. We will stay again I am sure. "
