"I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. "The home home was clean and for me, ideally located between my dad’s home and Siesta key beach,. I come down from Michigan to visit my dad and family 2 times a year, staying in various rentals. It is comfortable and parking right in front of the rental makes unloading of suit cases convenient. My interaction with Sheri, the host. Was very pleasant and most helpful! I will be scheduling my next trip down in the spring and will be staying here, again!"

"This place felt like home away from home! It was a nice touch to have water bottles in the fridge for us. There are beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys you can use if you plan to spend the day at the beach. It has a decent size kitchenette to cook. "The host of this property is amazing. I had to reschedule this booking last minute. It was past the cancellation date. She allowed me to move it to a later date. I texted with her several times over the next few months. She always responded. The rental was exactly as it was presented. Cute little apartment very well stocked and clean.
