"We spent 4 great days at Fabrizio’s place. As a family of 5 there was so much space indoors and outdoors to relax in, and the pool was super for cooling down and having fun with the children. We also loved the wildlife- birds of prey including owls can be spotted and we saw some new butterflies we hadn’t come across before. The character of the property is very special and you can tell a lot of love and attention has gone into the place. We loved being away from it all and yet just minutes away...

"Simona was a wonderful hostess and her house was lovely and well equipped. If you don't speak Italian remember to bring some DVDs to watch when you are relaxing inside as there is limited English programming on the television . "The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"Stayed here for our short city break. Hotel was clean, quiet and had an authentic Italian feel. Breakfast was great, offering a large selection. Staff were so friendly. Very convenient location from the city centre and around the corner from the train station. Would stay again!"

Step back in time in this friendly hotel.

"Fantastic location, close to main points of interest. Tower maybe 15mins and restaurants, churches, shops all close by. Try the Bombolini in Piazza Garibaldi ;). Hotel was very friendly and an interesting/ characterful environment. Staff were all great and breakfast was good. We had a river view room which had plenty of space and a lovely outlook."

Great time in Pisa

"We booked the Hotel as it was right next to the Tower and looked lovely. We did notice the separate building listed on the reservation but assumed this was in a building next door. There was no indication (or we didn’t pick up) this was a 5 min walk down the road and the other building is part of a residential block of flats. Not ideal as we felt a little disconnected but the room was lovely. Loads of space for the 5 of us and was really clean. Great little coffee machine and fridge in the room. Had a great time in Pisa. "

"It was a last minute decision to go to Pisa. Having never been there before, I just picked the closest available property. This was great small off street parking area, but conveniently located with 3 minute walk to the leaning Tower.the breakfast was good, but get an early time, as the selection was less at 9:00. Everyone was helpful and friendly."
