"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Big room, comfortable bed (though prone to roll around), nice shower, but quite noisy in the halls with the lack of soft surfaces to damp the sound. Unfortunate as otherwise this would have been a perfect hotel. "
