"While this property was away from the city centre it was still located in the university district so it was a good balance of quiet but not isolating. Staff were wonderful and helpful. The food in the hotel bistro was good and they do serve a breakfast but I did t get a chance to try it out. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious. Close to Bellagio town center. We loved this property!!!"

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!"

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). "The hotel was great easy to access. The room temperature was hot, i tried to change it myself but it didnt work so i had to sleep with the balcony door open. Overall what would make the hotel perfect is if it had a front desk. However i didn't have any issues with checkin or getting into my room."
