"Hotel has a great location. Generally comfortable, although the rooms were not well sound insulated, and you definitely can hear other guests opening doors and speaking. There was also renovation work going on in the hotel that resulted in noise in the daytime. Carpet was stained but otherwise condition of the room was ok. Beds were too soft for me, but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast was very good. Overall, would recommend. "

"Lovely friendly staff that were always on half. Free fruit, tea, coffee and water at reception was a nice touch. Location was perfect, a short walk from the central station and main attractions. "The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the hotel service was great. They have a nice free coffee bar with a good selection in the lobby. As you walk into the room, there’s a great place to lay out two suitcases, which was very nice. Two small things that were a little annoying. The bathroom in our room had a very short, one 2 inch step up which we kept tripping on until we got used to it. We had a couple minor issues with our room we didn't notice until the first morning, but when we told reception, they gave us a time they would look at the problems (also informed we could switch rooms if the issues weren't solvable).
