"Reception was kind and welcoming, but the room (Dolcetto) was very odd. Tried to find it charming, a long cave, but it's strange. The foot of the bed is right upon the curtains on the opposite wall. Sleep was the big problem. The room sits over the socializing courtyard and restaurant. The mild thump of music continued into the evening, followed after closing by voices laughing in the courtyard below the room. The drapes are too thin to block out the light in the courtyard. "Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!"

"Very close to Turin Porta Susa train station and places to eat and drink. Apartment was convenient and clean with communal coffee and tea facilities and a fridge just outside the room. The owners were incredibly helpful and stored our large backpacks for us on our last day as we had a late train. Very kind and accommodating! Thanks for a super stay!"
