"The highlight of this property is the deck and backyard. After that the pleasant surprise of snacks and little gifts from the host. Two grills, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. Only negative is the bedrooms with the twin beds don’t have a/c. The rest of the bedrooms were ice cold. We put a blow up mattress in the sunroom (which had its own a/c and ceiling fan) and everyone was cool to cold in the heat of July. Minutes to USA Stadium and Kroger. We will be back!"

"My husband and I came up to spend Christmas with family and this little place was very close by. Everything was as described. Very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. I guess the only issue was that during the day it was pretty noisy, lots of loud vehicles going by. However we weren’t there much in the daytime. The train tracks are behind the house but really wasn’t loud. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again."

"House was as advertised. the only challenge was the parking. we originally were going to have three trucks staying at the property one guy got sick and couldn't make it. but if we had three trucks there would've been nowhere to park a third vehicle. other than that the house was great and we wil book again in the future"

"Hello, this property worked out very good for us and our 2 day stay. We had a little issue when we arrived getting the door code, but the owner was quick to resolve, and checked back several times. There were towels, clean beds, brooms, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and ice maker was full of ice when we arrived. Great for a group of 6 guys needing a place while on the hunt. "

"Myself and a few coworkers/friends booked this house due the fact that not only did it have plenty of beds, but they were spread out through more rooms than any other property (No sharing rooms). The house was clean and had most of the supplies we needed to survive.The check-in/check-out was effortless and seamless.Will stay again. "

I did so after her saying she would get it straightened out with VRBO. She never did. My employee that stayed at the unit had one thing after the other happen from appliances not working to roaches.
