Sarah and Matt were incredibly responsive and provided thorough check-in info, including labeled maps for the tricky parking situation (it ended up not being tricky at all thanks to that!). We only encountered a couple tiny hiccups during our Wed-Sat stay, and I can't even consider them "problems" since they were so minor and a breeze to remedy (Broken coffee maker? Don't worry, there's a brand new one in the closet ready to tag in!). The four kids loved the bunks...

"We absolutely loved our stay! There were so many amenities that everyone was happy! Some enjoyed playing basketball while others relaxed in the hot tub and others kayaked on the lake.
