Sarah and Matt were incredibly responsive and provided thorough check-in info, including labeled maps for the tricky parking situation (it ended up not being tricky at all thanks to that!). We only encountered a couple tiny hiccups during our Wed-Sat stay, and I can't even consider them "problems" since they were so minor and a breeze to remedy (Broken coffee maker?
