"Dan In'n Out was the perfect home base for our week in Vienna! It's near public transportation, around a 5-10 minute walk from buses, trams, and an underground station. The historic center of the city is walkable as well, if that's your preference. It's easy to find, although not on a main thoroughfare. "The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"Very good location and staff were always smiling and welcoming. With a young child it would have been helpful to have cleaning slightly more regularly or a brush provided for sweeping as crumbs quickly gathered around the table. One thing which is out of the hotel’s hands but we did notice is that very often coming in and out of the lobby there were people directly outside the door smoking which was not ideal. Overall very pleasant and easy staff, would recommend for short breaks to Vienna"

If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
