Newly renovated three bedroom / three bathroom country house on quiet private acreage. Full kitchen, lounge area, outdoor fireplace and gas bbq. Ideal for friends or a family get away.

We are experienced event hosts, please contact us for details if you are thinking of a gathering such as a wedding or family reunion.

One large bedroom and bathroom on ground floor. Sat TV and wifi. Air conditioning, TV and a gas fireplace in each room.

The house has everything you need - from pots and pans to linens and towels. Ideal for a weekend getaway, or longer term stay. On site laundry is available for longer stays (7 nights or more) at no extra cost.

Enjoy morning coffee on the porch or private backyard, listening to the birds and the breeze through the surrounding trees.

Giant soaker tubs to soothe your muscles after a day or hiking or exploring.

Suitable for small weddings or parties! Enjoy a small party in the barn!

Minimum of two night stay, with enhanced cleaning protocols in place. Self check in available.

Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Ornamental fish pond and century barn make for great photos!

Close to golf, hiking, fishing, skiing, swimming, restaurants/patios, easy access to Barrie and Orillia.

Golfing getaway
Kate accepted an early arrival for us(work related) and we were earlier than that.....Kate was accommodating and let us into the cottage. It was clean, had comfortable beds and thank goodness for the A/C !! We expected the main house to be further away but we were away most of the day golfing so it didn’t really affect us. Spent all evenings on the deck.....the place is lovely and would be great for a wedding or special event. Thanks Kate!
