"It is my favourite hotel :) I stayed there several times. Always very welcoming. Staff is great, Very kind people, always patience with they guests. "Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available. "

"Loved the property it was out of the city and took about 40 mins to an 1hr to get to any one of the tourists locations. Look kinda sketchy outside but its a very nice area. I was on the hiway side and with both windows close couldn't hear anything. Very diverse neighborhood. Staff were very patience with customers and could communicate in English ...highly recommend "

"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315.
