"The Sugarbeat B&B is a great home from home, staff, food and service is top notch! Our room ‘Manilow’ was ok but noisy in the morning from 0700 with extractor fans for kitchens, plus doesn’t go off until 1100. The room low roof made it very difficult to relax, plus only one chair to watch tv or have a coffee in room. Cleanliness could be a little bit better with some stains and marks on furniture. Overall an excellent place and have booked again for April."

"It's great value for the money, having to go to the bathrooms is a drag, especially if you've had a few drinks The bathrooms are clean The building well maintained Think there's 6 parking spaces, first come first served, but as it's a hotel with a restaurant next door, you would be lucky to get one Overnight parking is across the road, if you can work it all out, parking in Norwich is expensive Restaurant is only for Vegetarians Vegans"

"What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel. "

"The Lyndhurst was perfect for our stay as we just needed a room while visiting family. The location is perfect if you want to be super central and walking distance from the beach and attractions. The room itself was small but big enough to fit everything you need in it. Its was decorated nicely and comfortable. "

"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. "The outstanding customer service was the highlight at this hotel. Great facilities (swimmimg pool.and gym) with standard room that I booked. The odd carpet stain (in the room) but no complaints on cleanliness at all."

Perfect visit

"We had a lovely stay in one of the garden rooms for 2 nights. All staff were really friendly. We had breakfast included which had a good selection and would recommend the porridge! We had two evening meals and they were fresh, tasty and filling. The atmosphere in the dining and lounge areas is relaxing and perfect for us. The location was ideal for us to visit further along the Norfolk coastline and the Broads. This isn’t the first time we have stayed at the Wayford Inn and we we hope to returning again. "

"Absolutely beautiful old hotel in a lovely setting. We have stayed before and we will be back as the rooms are so well decorated and equipped. We have stayed in so many hotels over the years and have never come across rooms so clean and the en-suite as well was immaculate. Staff are amazing and breakfast 1st class. Thank you for another great stay and we will be back soon."

"We went to Dunston Hall for a weekend break and we were not disappointed. Our room was lovely and everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. If there was one small criticism it was that our double bed, though individually comfortable, was made up of two singles of different heights! This led to my wife waking up with back pain due to ending up laying across the joint! "
