"The hotel itself is very nice and historic inside. Our room was warm so I switched on the AC and we left the hotel. After our return, the room was still hot. So the AC wasn't working. At the front desk, I was told that they can check on this the next day as the AC was deactivated. We left the next morning so that didn't help at all for our sleep that night. "Rooms are specious and clean! I really enjoyed staying there. The hotel isn’t far from the city center yet the surrounding isn’t pleasant. In my opinion, the restaurant is overpriced as cooking is very basic."

"Hotel is nice and clean with friendly receptionists, though the family room looked a bit tight. We liked almost everything except their policy of paying for damaged stuff and soiled linen. It made our stay a bit uncomfortable as we could not be ourselves and relax to enjoy our stay. For example, I was charged for soiling my pillow case with the cream in my hair.
