"The hotel itself is very nice and historic inside. Our room was warm so I switched on the AC and we left the hotel. After our return, the room was still hot. So the AC wasn't working. At the front desk, I was told that they can check on this the next day as the AC was deactivated. We left the next morning so that didn't help at all for our sleep that night. "No WiFi working. Towels were not changed at all. Only one member of the staff spoke English. Room too hot and the radiator could not be turned down. Very narrow staircase leading to second floor, making it difficult with a large suitcase. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the city center."
