Fully furnished, charming and comfortable, 4 bedroom - 2 bath, short-term home has new linens, new beds (1 King, 2 queen, 1 single, trundle bed, 1 youth, 1 portable playpen/crib), laundry room, brand new 4K Samsung TV’s and a fully-equipped kitchen. High-speed Internet, over-air cable and utilities included. We’ve gone solar! (Please turn the thermostat to 79 when leaving). Maitland is a beautiful, upscale community nestled between numerous lakes and parks, located just north of Orlando. It’s a perfect location because you feel like you’re in a small town, yet you’re close to everything. Out of respect for my neighbors and because this is a quiet neighborhood, no motorcycles are allowed... Just a few blocks from the Maitland Art Center & Museum and the historic Lake Lily Cultural Corridor. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market, stroll around the many lakes or dine at numerous places including Teak’s Neighborhood Grill. Randa, who lives in the guesthouse on the property, is available to assist you with any questions and advice about the area. The home is located one mile from the famous Enzian Theater and Eden outdoor bar. Dine on great food while you watch a movie! A short 8 minute walk to SunRail Train Station, great when events are downtown! Only a few miles to Winter Park for world class shopping, dining with 140 boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and museums.

If you’re here for a medical-related stay, SunRail drops you off right in front of Florida Hospital Orlando (Advent Health). Very close to Rollins College and UCF. Walt Disney World and Universal are close and yet far enough away to avoid all the tourist traps and traffic. Distance in miles…

Before booking, some have inquired as to why we charge a per person fee of $20 per night for any guests over two people. This is because it's a lot more wear and tear on the property with 6 verses 2 (more towels, laundry, water, air-conditioning, etc.). By the time we pay the VRBO fee, taxes, income tax, etc., my profits are slim. The cost of staying here is so much less than any hotels in the area, AND you receive a full kitchen, family room, dining, etc. Most guests, after they stay here, tell me that I'm not charging enough. I want it to be a win-win for everyone. :)

This property is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor spaces. Randa was so kind to our group and we enjoyed the stay. If you are using the Maitland Art and History Museum for a wedding, this property is ideal!

This place was very clean and comfortable. My wife got lots of much needed rest as it was nice and quiet here, a perfect place to grab a book and a blanket and relax. There were plenty of good places to eat in the area as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it turned out to be exactly what we needed.

The property was perfect for our little family of 5 and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was located very close to a food store and a playground was right across the street. All the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable.

My family and I stayed at this property for 6 days. The house is well kept and had all the important amenities for a family of 5, for 6 days. The house is very centrally located and on a quiet street. Randa, was so kind and accomodating. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting family.

A Definite Must Stay
Besides the amazing service and attentiveness to any questions that arose from the owner. This place is absolutely stunning, super clean, very spacious, and had all of the little "extra" touches you can hope for. I will without a doubt be booking this location again for future travels.

A fabulous house in Maitland!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house; it was cosy, clean and had everything we needed and more! Randa was a superb host and was always so easy to contact if we did have any questions. Having travelled from the UK to spend time with family, having a place to stay that felt like home made our visit even more special. We will be back!

Great location, awesome owner!
Needed a place near some family in Longwood that was also close to attractions. Beautiful well stocked home with a very attentive, caring owner. Girls loved the home and beds were all super comfortable! We will for sure be back if available next time we visit with family and need to hit any of the attractions. Happy New Year.

Feels like home
We loved it. Every amenity (including a coffee grinder and maker for my wife and I who are coffee addicts (how did our host know this??) provided for us including use of a bicycle which I really appreciated. The area was ideal as well - safe, quiet, within walking distances of lakes and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable and our host made herself available were we to have any problems or issues with the property

We absolutely loved our time at this property. Randa was super friendly and the house was amazing. We came to Florida for our son’s college graduation and the property was close to his apartment. The house was great and comfortable. We visited our son in College there and celebrated an early Easter. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Randa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very convenient location to grocery store and some great restaurants. Probably one of the most equipped rentals we have ever stayed in!

Feels like home - but much better!
The huge outdoor screened room meant that we could enjoy the fall weather day and night. It also meant that I could visit with our youngest daughter during COVID, as it is fresh air and big enough to socially distance. That was the high point of the trip <3

The perfect getaway location
Randa was super attentive and communicative. Her place is filled with decorations and conveniences that make a house feel like a home. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. It's also central to a lot of things and very close to Winter Park. She even has a bike for guests to use while they're there. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to be back next year!
