Welcome to this beautiful home located in a quiet community in Kissimmee!

You & your family can enjoy a home away from home during your stay in this newly redecorated privately owned and professionally managed vacation villa rental home.

This is a 3 bedrooms vacation rental home which includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room, 2 modern bathrooms, a laundry room, a pool with plenty of seating.

There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in each bedroom #2 & #3.

The home sleeps up to 6, has 2 full bathrooms and a large 38 x 16 foot south facing screened in swimming pool that overlooks a beautiful wooded area. If you like a sunny pool this is the home for you.

There are many stores and restaurant close by including 24hrs Walmart super center and a large shopping center.

Located just 20 minutes from the entrance to Disney in a residential community. Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels etc. and has a washer/dryer as well as fully air conditioned.

Free WiFi internet access is included.

There is a 55 inch TV in the family room and a 32 inch TV in all 3 bedrooms. The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Please note that there is a cleaning fee of $105.00 per stay, Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. If needed, 24 hour emergency help from our management company is a phone away. You get over 1600 sq.ft of living space, compared to the average hotel room of approximately 300 sq.ft. There is a 5 night minimum rental and no maximum.

Optional pool heating is $25.00 per night including tax with a 5 night minimum.

There is also a refundable security deposit of $250.00 required in addition to the rental fee. This is to insure against any damages and is fully refunded within 14 days after your checkout, assuming no problems are found.

Decent place.
Its definitely a nice place. It was located in a decent area. Alot of rules to follow. Neighbors had parties alot. Very outdated for sure. Beds not that great. Couches are not nice at all. Cost 25 dollars a day to have heat in the pool. We never used the pool because the water was freezing. Also you dont have privacy in the back because the fence is destroyed in the back. Overall its not the worst plave but for the price ypu have to pay for vrbo's its not great.

Wonderful home
The home is well equipped for meals and fun. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the large pool. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of blankets and fans were available. We all swam, slept well and ate well. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we didn’t hear anyone around us. It is very well maintained and info was readily available as well as quick to respond to questions. Battery on lockbox died and issue was resolved quickly. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Very close to theme parks and many shops/restaurants.

This was the perfect home base during our stay to Orlando. The house was clean and had EVERYTHING you would need to be comfortable away from home. We had a brief issue getting into the house but got 3 calls immediately to help rectify the situation - awesome! If we come back to the area, will definitely stay again.

The property management company was very nice. However, the property is in serious need of updating the bed in the master is so old that it squeaks with every move and our backs killed us. I did have to clean the shower because it had so much mildew between tile. This could be a great property if they invested in new flooring and furniture.

Older Property
Communication and ease of check in were excellent. Home is an older property in an older neighborhood, I would say around 30 years old. It is kept clean but could really do with a refresh inside. The biggest problem that the owners would have in investing in remodeling is it’s probably the best kept home on the sub-division, it was very quiet and backs onto green space so the pool area is nice to use. We have stopped around this area before but quite some time ago and it has changed significantly, the sub divisions around used to have a fairly high level of rentals but they seem to be mainly locals, there is also a lot of retail plazas, this is good for supplies and restaurants but significantly impacts travel time to main attraction areas, however it is very central to them and traffic around these areas is always busy.

The pool was amazing! The house is perfectly located from the theme parks. The flow of the house is great and cozy feeling. I only mark it as a 3 out of 5 because you are chargedj a cleaning fee for the professional team to come in before and after your stay, unfortunately the professional cleaners dont do a good job. The owners of ths beautiful home should talk to the company and let them know that they are not cleaning up to their standards. The vents and light fixtures had a thick layer of dust and the couches had trash behind them and we found an old receipt from the previous guest. I will say it wasnt super noticable until we were picking up before leaving. Also being gone everyday, we hadnt paid much attention. We would definitely stay again though and recommend this house to friends and family, we would probably just check the cleanliness first thing so we could notify the management company sooner as i am sure it would have been handled if we had called. Overall very nice and inviting

Overall the home was clean, quite neighborhood. The only thing that we had a problem was there is no wash cloths to bath with you have to bring your own or go buy some. Also unless you use the dish washer there is no dish cloth to wash dishes. Also in the bedrooms the tv doesn’t work unless you have a Amazon account. Other than that everything about the house was good.
