Glenbrook Retreat-Come in as Guests and Leave as Friends

The Glenbrook resort is located just 8 miles from Disney World, Universal and all major theme parks. The resort community provides all guests with common facilities and services. These include large pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, fitness room, video rentals, computer and internet connection, games room.

The Villa is within walking distance to Walgreen's, CVS and a short drive to Lowe's and Super Walmart. A variety of restaurants such as Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, Miller's Ale, Carrabba's Italian Restaurant and Joe's Crab Shack, just to name a few.

More than 60 golf courses in the neighborhood within 15 minute drive, you can find Highland Reserve, King Ridge Golf Club and Legends Golf and Country Club.

At the back of the villa is an open concept kitchen, family/living room and breakfast nook offering a cozy family atmosphere with all the amenities of being at home. The family/living room has a 50 inch LCD TV for your viewing enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of furniture and storage space, as well as en suite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. Located in the master walk in closet is a digital safe for your personal use. The second bedroom provides a comfortable space with a Queen size bed and large closet. The twin bedrooms have 2 single beds and the family bathroom is conveniently located between them with a shower and full size bath/shower. All four bedrooms contain flat screen LCD TV's with DVD players.

The south facing pool is easily accessed through 3 convenient sliding doors from within the home. The pool deck provides a comfortable and relaxing environment which includes a table, chairs and loungers.

Our games room consists of a pool table, air hockey and a pub table with chairs for your time away from the 'Hustle and Bustle' of the theme parks or busy day.

Our villa come with Free WIFI and has a 24/7 monitoring alarm security system as an added feature.

Lovely Home
I loved everything about this home, this home made my trip more than what i excepted. My kids loved the pool and they did not want to get out of it. They also loved the game room, we’ve played all night in there. I would definitely recommend this home to any family that’s planning a vacation to Orlando.

My family and I enjoyed staying in your rental home. We did find a couple issues upon arrival (trash hadn’t been put to road, lots of flies in the home, some damage due to prior renters and a storm, cleaning crew could have done better). Our overall stay was comfortable and the host was very accommodating and communicated with us easily. I feel like the home as a whole could use a little TLC and good cleaning.

Family Vacation
Stayed at this property for the last two weeks. Thouroghly enjoyed our stay at this property. Was an ideal location for us, as this was not our first time to Orlando. Property was pleasant and clean. Linda the owner was so helpful with any queries we had prior to arrival or whilst we were there. Neighbours, have to say they was fantastic and so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely use this property again.

This house was perfect for my family plus 2 of our kids friends, 7 of us in all. Property is well kept and comfy. We did have to report to management that the ac wasn't working well, they had it fixed the very next day. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with necessary working appliances. The location is out of the way of the business of Kissimmee and Orlando, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go in a reasonable time. Also conveniently close to a Walmart, Publix, and Walgreens. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect getaway.

The house was wonderful and spacious. Beautiful clean pool and fun game room. Only complaint is the neighbors across the street parked there cars directly if front of the driveway across the street on there side so it made backing out extra tricky. Other than that it was wonderful.

Our stay was welcoming and home like. However, I do recommend detailed cleaning, wall baseboards, ceiling fans, corner walls (cobwebs) dust all home decors, change both shower linens, new wash clothes & towels,downsize remotes for living room TV (3 remotes), master bedroom TV was not working (no channels) , New outdoor Grill ( all rusted out/bottomless) useless. The home is wonderful just need some TLC. A great home and accessible to all your needs. THUMBS UP!!

Private pool and Awesome King Bed
We didn’t get passcode to house till hour before checking in. I was very nervous since in directions it said we would get info days in advance. Heat to pool was broke but kids did not mind at all since it was warm this week. They loved being able to swim whenever they wanted and at night too. My husband and I loved the King size bed. It was so comfy. Overall it was a good experience!! We all enjoyed it.

Met my cousins from Australia and their kids for visit to Disney and universal The house was a short drive to the parks and it was great to come to a home with plenty of space to stretch out and relax after long days at each park. Girls even had their own day to hang out at the pool.

The house is cute and has potential but it’s not super clean… it’s ok. The house layout and 4 bedrooms are nice. We did enjoy the pool, but it also wasn’t the cleanest. Now here are our concerns. The house is hot. It runs about 75-76 throughout the day. The game room is in the garage but you can’t open the garage door and there is no air conditioner, so we didn’t even use it. You can’t breathe in there. The oven didn’t work so we couldn’t cook our dinner. It acts like it will pre-heat but never does. When I reported it, the owner asked me if broken or what, as if she didn’t know but I saw a review from august where someone reported the same thing. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. You can’t use the grill, the grates are broken/burnt up and you can tell a grill fire burned up the pool sign on the house. The pool light doesn’t work. The TV remotes are super confusing. The TV’s are small and old. There are electrical/cable plates hanging out of the walls. We had a quarter of a role of toilet paper, one trash bag and horrible towels. I know not required but most owners provide a bit more in this area. It could have been worse, but I’d also say it was the worst VRBO we’ve stayed in. We planned to cook so we could save money and we had to make changes, mid meal. She didn’t offer any compensation, only said she’d take my suggestions into consideration and told me renters abused her towels. Please just consider before you stay. It needs some upgrades.

This villa was great overall. Good location to Universal, good sized private pool. Linda, the owner, was ALWAYS responsive to questions, which was a relief. The BBQ had obviously had a fire though so wasn’t usable and the oven was broken. We didn’t realise until we tried to cook a pizza 😬. The single beds were SO noisy when they turned over, I thought someone was in the garage playing pool! But they really are minor things considering our whole stay. We really did love our trip, we loved the games room, with two teenage boys it was a great asset.

Found place without a problem. Residence was clean and everything advertised. Caretaker responded to my emails in a timely manner to some inquiries I had. Not to far from the attractions. Never did find the community room and if I had to recommend anything I would say that it needed more bath towels. Great stay and highly recommended.

Several Issues...
I'll try to keep this as short as possible. The house and appliances were very dirty. It didn't look like the master bath was cleaned at all. I conveyed this to the property owners, and sent pictures. During our stay, I received a cleaning-fee bill. The owners did waive it for me, but it should have been presented up-front before I booked. The game room is located in the garage and there are no fans or air-conditioning. So, needless to say, it's pretty hot in there during the summer months. Both games (ping-pong and pool table) were also damaged. A suggestion: a video game would be a nice addition for the kids. Communication with the owners could have been better. There were some questions that I asked prior to arriving at the property that were never answered. I know the owners are addressing some of these issues. Hopefully things will be better for future VRBO'ers.

Very clean house with everything you need. Easy access for the parks. My only recommandation would be to have a way to let people know when the pool guys comes by to put chemical in the pool. My daughters made a reaction because the chlorine was just put in and we didn’t know. Other then that, 5 stars for the place.

Overall Great Place to Stay
The house looks just like the picture. My family only ran into a few negatives. First, we were not provided the code to get into the home until a few hours before check-in after being promised the code the day before check-in. I tried contacting the homeowner, Linda, using the phone number in the VRBO listing and it was disconnected. I sent an email the day before check-in and didn't receive a response by check-in day, so I contacted VRBO. A few hours later, Linda emailed with the code. After check-in, we decided to wash some clothes using the supplied washer and dryer. The washer worked but the dryer wouldn't run. I tried calling all three phone numbers listed at the house and all were disconnected. The only way I was able to reach the owner was through VRBO messager. Sometimes she was quick to respond and other times it was hours. Our stay was 4 nights and we didn't have a dryer the entire time. This left us with no clean towels or clothes. She informed us that she had ordered a dryer and that they tried to deliver it while we were away one day. The owner was friendly in her emails and tried to keep us updated on the delivery of the dryer. Sadly we had to check out before the dryer was ever delivered. Because of this, Linda waived the cleaning fee. A couple of cosmetic issues with the screened-in porch and the pool was murky. Other than those things, the house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and food. We would likely stay here again.
