Perfect home and location
The home was very cozy and comfortable with high end luxury accommodations for our family vacation. 4 adults and 5 year old. Themed rooms, this home was all true to how it is shown in the pictures. Pool and hot tub were great to come home to after a long day at the parks. The gated community and presence of security was comforting. The blinds didn’t retract on the slider to the pool. So we used the door in the Master Ensuite to get to the Lanai. Didn’t mark down because it really didn’t affect our stay. Overall amazing home and location to Parks, Restaurants & Shopping.

Family vacation
Very clean and spacious layout. We are large family and were very happy with layout. We visited the Orlando area and was also close to many local amenities. Pool area was a hit, glad we opted for heating the water! Neighborhood was quiet and many enjoyed the Clubhouse. Would rent again.

Beautiful clean home!
We loved this home! Very clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids! Resort clubhouse pool, food, and drinks were very good. Within 30 min drive of most activities (Disney, universal etc) and about 1.5 hours from beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House!
We had such a good time! The house is beautiful and very accommodating for 14 people. Everyone had there "own space" and that helped tremendously. We will definitely be back!

Great stay with some small hiccups
Overall great experience, gave 4-stars since we did have a couple of minor issues. Property was clean, in a great location, with awesome clubhouse amenities. We did get woken up on our rest day at 8am by someone working and hammering on the roof (with no notice) and also had an issue with ant infestation out by the pool. Otherwise, no concerns. Property manager was responsive during business hours, and issues were mostly addressed. We would probably stay at one of their properties again.

This property was great! Very conveniently located to the Disney properties and a reasonable but slightly longer drive to the Universal properties. House was exactly as we expected and was perfect for us! The resort pool area and amenities were wonderful and we spent a whole day there enjoying the pool and cocktails and lunch. Also conveniently located near groceries and restaurants. We will definitely stay here on any future trips to Orlando!

GREAT VACATION HOME!
We have vacationed using VRBO for at least 15 years. This was one of the best houses ever. It was spacious, it had everything we needed, it was clean. We had three generations on this trip and everyone loved the house. We would stay here again hands down.

Just a Fantastic Experience
The house was everything they said it was and then some. Very clean and wonderfully appointed. Any question I had was promptly answered. I brought 10 people on vacation which might seem like it would create headaches, but having no surprises or difficulty with housing everyone made it truly a vacation. Thank you Blue Sky.

Beautiful property!
Me and family had a great experience, the house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything you needed as if you were home. The pool was clean. We absolutely loved that the property also included all access to the water park, gym and sports play. I’d definitely recommend it his place and will come back here next time.

This is your orlando home base for any disney universal trip!!!
Amazing! what more can be said. Prior to arrival there was solid communication on all requirements, instructions etc. Had no issues checking in late at night to the very secure resort. The place was spotless and shiny upon arrival. Rooms are themed so children will love it. Amenities at the resort are at par with some luxury spots we've travelled to. Kids loved the waterslides. Private pool in your backyard if you don't want to swim in the public one. Location is a bit further west to the parks than other options you will be researching but totally manageable and worth it for the comfort and quality you are getting.

Excellent vacation home!
This home was perfect for our recent family vacation. There were 12 of us ranging from 1.5 y/o - older adults. Everyone found the home inviting and enjoyable. The children enjoyed the private pool and the home's décor as it was a little Mickey, a little Star Wars, some Harry Potter and some Minions. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Both seating areas were lush and inviting after a long day. The property management team was a pleasure to work with from pre-tip to post-checkout. They quickly responded to any concerns that came up and willingly answered any questions. The resort amenities (lazy river, water slides, pool, kids splash/play area, gym) were the perfect way to unwind after spending a few hectic days at the theme parks. The only issue that we could possibly complain about was the noise from neighbors past 11:00 p.m. which got a little out of control as we approached the long weekend. However, that's not a reflection on this particular property or the resort. Overall, we would all easily recommend this property and would love to return.

Everything you need....house was clean, all wood floors, spacious and convenient to everything. Community pool, mini golf, arcade, lazy river, water slides, bar and games. House rooms spacious and clean, beds comfortable. House pool and spa was clean...we did get the additional heat for night time swimming since it is March and cools down at night. Need to give spa time to heat but otherwise great for kids and relaxing. Equipped with full kitchen supplies, laundry room and towels for shower and pool. House had games to play, tv in every room and security system. The property management company was quick to respond and take care of inquiries. Make sure to provide your 18 and older names though, as requested, otherwise you will be held up by security when checking in and its not quick! Definately a location that we would HIGHLY recommend and stay at again!!

Awesome house and great location
I needed to book a house at the last minute because my husband deployed so my parents were going to help me with the kids etc. I found this place and was a little worried because it looked too good to be true. Well, everything was definitely true. It was so nice and clean. The management company contacted me right away with some pertinent information. I appreciated the confirmation because I was nervous about booking last minute. The place is very very secure. There are guards at the gate that monitor everyone coming into the area. They give you a parking pass so you get waved through after the first time. The house itself is beautiful. It’s very big and has a private pool with a great view. I liked the first floor master for my parents who are older. My son loved the theme rooms and especially the little Harry Potter room under the stairs. The clubhouse is amazing. Has putt putt golf, huge pool complex and game room. My son was mad I made him go to magic kingdom and not the clubhouse. I had a few questions about a couple things during the week and the management company replied right away. Overall, we had an amazing week.
