IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a $35/day fee for

heating the Pool/SPA. If you just want to have a

heated spa there is an $18/day charge for that (Minimum of 3 nights), Grill is $84 one time fee

Very Nice Home
We were there for a week and enjoyed the time we spent there. The property was very clean and well kept. The couch was cozy for us to settle down for the evening and watch a movie. The location was great, not in the middle of a big city but had everything we needed close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friends.

Wonderful Stay at this Kissimmee House
Our family had a great time staying at this house in Kissimmee. It was as described in the listing and very clean. It had a beautiful pool in the backyard, with BBQ which made our stay that much better.The house was close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again for our next Florida visit!

Everything was as expected. A very nice gated community with nice amenities. We had a lovely stay and the pool was an added bonus to relax in during the evening. We enjoyed the table by the pool to eat our dinner outside. My only complaint was the neighbor played music loudly outside until around 3 am every night and we had to get up really early for cheer competitions at ESPN but that was out of the owners control. Other than that it was a great stay.

Our party was two families and we spent 8 nights at this property. The location was minutes away from a grocery store and less than 30 minutes from the parks we visited. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day out. Property was very clean. Host was extremely responsive, thank you! 100% would stay here again.

Disney/Universal parks experience
Great quiet location. Easy access to the parks, groceries, restaurants. We had a few minor problems with the house. One being my grandson locked his bedroom door and we could not open it. Contacted the host and he had them cleared up within hours. Luckily my grandson was not inside the room. Would for sure stay here again.
