There was plenty of space for our family to relax, and the charming neighborhood made it even better. Being close to downtown Chico was a huge bonus—we could explore the area easily. "We enjoyed our stay. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need repair and their are some spooky spaces that made us feel a little uncomfortable but we acknowledge that it is an older home with interesting living features that make the home a good space to hang out and play games."
