"Perfect location for exploring the south coast of Iceland, very clean property and has all the amenities required! Property very well looked after, very warm even when it’s blowing a hoolie outside! Would definitely stay again!"

"We started out on a bad foot. We arrived about 2 hours early to the house, it was vacant, and the host would not allow us to even check our luggage in, until exactly 4 pm. So we had to wait in the driveway for 2 hours to drop our bags. The house itself was fine. There is no central fan so the house feels muggy. No fans in the bathrooms. The town is very small, maybe 1000 people. Walking distance to a convivence store which was nice. We would not stay there again."

We just had a bit of trouble getting the hot water going and the pipes make a lot of noise while you use the shower, but other than that, we loved it here and would love to come back! "The schoolhouse was exactly what we were looking for with our large group with kids 2-6. Lots of space to play inside and outside. Good spot to explore the South of Iceland, close to the ocean as well as Selfoss. Fantastic smelling hand soap and a great Kitchen and dining hall to have meals in. The hosts were very helpful and responsive when we had questions."

Die beiden sind wahnsinnig nett und immer erreichbar, die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und wir hatten auch für unser Baby alles, was wir brauchten. Perfekt ist zudem die Lage. The hosts had even provided salt, pepper, sugar and coffee which was much appreciated. The bath towels were very new and very soft. Ample closet space throughout the home.
