"We had a very nice stay at this property. The host was super friendly, accommodating and pro-active. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and the breakfast really good. We could only stay one night, but would always consider to come back to this when in the area. Highly recommended!"

I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am.
