It is everything listed in the ad and more. super comfortable home, fantastic views, quiet private, outstanding furnishings - All Clad cookware!!, great dvd library, very good beds and other furniture. Did I mention the views? Pretty much all glass looking out toward the ocean from the house. SUper quiet location in Orick. My friend and I never stopped commenting what a great rental it is throughout our stay. And on top of what a great rental it it is, is a super great value. Plus there's a property manager who checks in to make sure that everything is great. Absolutely a 5 star rental"

"1. Communication and instructions were clear, easy, and very much appreciated. There were lots of ideas of things to do in the area. 2. The property had everything we needed to feel right at home: beds were comfortable, kitchen so well stocked, plenty of necessities, lots of different sitting areas so it was easy to spread out, lots of ways to entertain yourself at the house.3. Perfect serene spot to explore redwoods, beaches, and southern Oregon. 4. Extra perks: hot tub soaking at the end of long hikes, stars at night are amazing, the views, a huge deck.5. Something to consider if this is the place for you and your group. This is a very small town with a population of 357. Grocery stores and places to eat are a 20 min drive. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. The small grocery store in town did have essentials. "
