"The room was very nice, well decorated, clean, and very quiet, in a very nice village with just enough restaurants (some really nice ones) and tourist shops but out of the flow of over-tourism. It is important to have a car to get there."

"The staff were so caring and extremely helpful. My husband had food poisoning and they helped bring a doctor to our hotel and did everything they could to make sure my husband is well taken care of. Because of them my husband recovered so fast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s so clean and 5 star cleanliness and staff are extremely kind and best staff I have encountered ever in my stay anywhere in the world. "Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. "On arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He offered us an immediate free upgrade and he showed us the entire property. He also gave us recommendations for local touring and invited us to park in front of his hotel. The property was authentic and lovely a good quiet place just a couple minutes drive from the main city attraction and very affordable for budget conscious people. The breakfast was quality and tasteful, and the service at the restaurant was lovely"

"Staff are nice. Owner responds to messages sent through Expedia very quickly. One major con for this property is its distance from Goreme or Urgup. You need a taxi for everything. "

"Almost all the rooms are exceptionally spacious and well-preserved. Cave room with a jacuzi is the finest ever especially for just married like us. Cleanliness and breakfast are 10/10. Frankly, hotel and rooms in general are far better than the photos itself. We made the reservation on a highly competative price. When we talked with the manager, we figured out that they are planning to increase hotel's facilities even for better and arrange a reflective photoshoot. They were very friendly and organizing room decoration and everything during our honeymoon. Special thanks to Merve."

"The hotel is fine, rooms clean and comfortable. Our booking for two single beds hadn’t been passed to the hotel so we were told we had to have a double. I made it clear this wasn’t acceptable so they separated the beds, meaning a 10 minute wait, but the right result in the end. We needed to leave early for a running event but were told that we couldn’t have breakfast until 0830. It turned out that this was because of another group. The second day, the menemen (eggs dish) had sucuk (sausage) in it. This is NOT normal for menemen. When I explained that we were vegetarian and asked if plain eggs or menemen without sausage was possible I was told no. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable but I get the impression that they deal with group bookings and just fill rooms ad hoc through Hotels.com. They were not interested in accommodating our (not unreasonable) requests. "
